A sewing studio, offering small group classes, private lessons and host to community craft gatherings.
Classes
Open to sewists of all levels, home school students will use sewing machines as they work at their own pace on learning to sew. Fabric will be provided, but we ask students bring a working machine (including power cord, pedal and owner’s manual) and a sewing kit (pins, measuring tape, marking tools, fabric scissors, ruler). We do have a limited number for students to use should they need a machine or other tools.
8 Wednesdays, 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm, beginning September 16
Continuing sewing class for kids that have prior sewing experience. Students will work on projects of their own choosing at their own pace as they continue to learn about fabrics, pattern design and drafting and sewing related topics. Fabric will be provided, but we ask students bring a working machine (including power cord, pedal and owner’s manual) and a sewing kit (pins, measuring tape, marking tools, fabric scissors, ruler).
